Easy Aging offers eldercare planning, home safety assessments, caregiver support, and related services designed to promote safe and independent aging.
2. No Medical or Legal Advice
Easy Aging does not provide medical, financial, or legal advice. Our services are intended for informational and planning purposes only. For medical or legal concerns, you should consult licensed professionals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during consultations

Follow safety and planning recommendations at their own discretion

Use our resources and materials for personal use only, not for redistribution
4. Fees and Payments
Payment terms will be communicated prior to service delivery. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
Easy Aging will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Recommendations are provided in good faith; clients are responsible for their implementation.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, and content provided by Easy Aging remain the property of Easy Aging and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
